We talk first so I understand what you are carrying, then the work itself, in person or at a distance. Chosen for what your system is asking for that day rather than a fixed script. Follow-up notes afterward.

Full history and intention work, screening for anything that needs a provider in the room first, and one integration session afterward. For anyone considering a medicine journey, or returning after a hard one.

The weeks after matter more than the day itself. We bring what opened into ordinary life, slowly, and in language you can use on a normal Tuesday.

Facilitated group setting with a preparation call included and a group integration circle afterward. Group size and what the ceremony includes decide the cost, so we talk it through first.
About the intake form
The session intake takes about fifteen minutes and asks the things I need to know before we sit down together. Health, medication, what you are hoping for, and what you would rather not walk into blind.
Answer what you can. If a question does not apply, leave it. Anything you would rather say out loud, we cover on the call.
It only applies to individual sessions. Ceremony has its own intake, and we go through that together once we know it is the right next step. If we have already spoken and you are ready for it, the ceremony intake is here.
